PROFILE
Patrick “Marty” Lancton brings nearly 22 years of experience as a business owner, partner, board member, and president and vice president of multiple unions as well as a State Certified Firefighter since 2000. Marty has been an active Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association member since beginning with HFD and is currently the President of the Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association which represents nearly 4,000 of Houston’s Bravest. Along with being President, he sits on the Board of Directors as the Chair for the HPFFA Charitable Foundation as well as Vice President on the Executive Board for the Texas State Association of Firefighters and Texas AFL-CIO. . Marty has a strong track record of results for labor principles, excellence in execution, and improved efficiency in the workplace, while also making customer satisfaction a top priority. Prior to serving as President, he was the Communications Director on the HPFFA Board of Directors and a Director on the Board for the Dennis Holder Scholarship Fund.
